The cocoa trees growing in rich agroforestry systems, intercropped with various spices such as black pepper, nutmeg and cardamom, the fruit trees like coconut, papaya, mango, jack fruit, passion fruit and banana. Only organic fertilizers and no pesticides.

This craft chocolate bean-to-bar has a Full and round chocolaty profile, with a pleasant smooth creamy texture, and a rich spicy and subtle floral flavour diversity with cardamom, pepper, hints of raisins and a tobacco undertone.
