Mountains of the Moon cacao is grown on the slopes of the Rwenzori Mountains in western Uganda by smallholder farmers.

This 81% dark chocolate offers a balanced tasting experience that is not sweet and not bitter.

The first impression reveals vibrant red fruit notes, reminiscent of berries and wild fruits from the Matagalpa region.

As the chocolate melts, the flavour deepens into rich cacao tones, gradually revealing subtle earthy notes that reflect the natural character of this origin.

Our slow artisan process allows the full expression of the cacao to unfold naturally, creating a chocolate that is elegant, balanced and never aggressive.
