An intimate encounter with fine chocolate. Hosted personally by chocolatier Rodrigue Joab, each tasting is a journey through origin, craft and the pursuit of perfect flavour.

The Experience

Chocolate is not simply tasted, it is understood. Over the course of this guided experience, you will travel through the origins of cacao, the discipline of the bean-to-bar process, and the sensory language that separates fine chocolate from everything else.

Every session is led by Rodrigue Joab, who brings to the table not only a decade of craft, but a philosophy: that great chocolate is never about sweetness alone, never about bitterness alone, but about balance, character and origin expressed without compromise.

What You Will Discover

The Soul of Cacao

Each origin carries a signature. You will learn to read terroir on your palate — the way a farmer, a soil and a climate leave their mark inside every bar.

From Bean to Bar

Nothing is hidden. Follow every decision from raw cacao to finished chocolate and understand why each step either builds or destroys flavour.

Tasting with Intention

This is not casual tasting. You will be guided to slow down, listen to the chocolate and discover a sensory vocabulary you did not know you had.

The Art of the Bonbon

Handcrafted in our laboratory from our own chocolate, each bonbon is a small, precise expression of what happens when discipline meets flavour.
