Fazenda Camboa Estate is a family farm in the Mata-Atlantica rainforest. The tropics can be recognized in the pleasant and strong profile, with balanced acidity, sweetness and presence of red fruits.

Cacao trees grow under the canopy of the lush Mata-Atlantica rainforest, and along a vast array of banana, açai and coconut trees. The Cocoa trees are fertilized with "vermicompost", a super-organic fertilizers developped by the farm with no pesticides.

This craft chocolate bean-to-bar has a Pleasant and strong profile with balanced acidity, sweetness and presence of red fruits, particularly raspberry and delicate hints of jasmine tea.
