The Native National cacao varieties grow on the hills of Santo domingo de las Tsachilas, at the Cedeño Aguilar family farm. The passion and care for cacao is reflected in an astonishing profile with intense floral notes and tropics fruits and low chocolaty taste. The cocoa grows in sustainable agroforestry with only organic fertilizers and no pesticides.

This craft chocolate bean-to-bar has a Complex and mild profile dominated by wild tropical flavours, floral notes, tropical fruits, fresh almonds, a vegetal undertone and banana in the finish. Remarkably low in chocolaty tones and acidity.
