1. Return and Refund Policy

"At Patisserie-Conseil, we take pride in crafting premium vegan, organic chocolates. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns or refunds for damaged or defective items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or consumed.

2. Return & Refund Policy

At Patisserie Conseil, we take great pride in crafting premium, handcrafted chocolates and ensuring they reach you in perfect condition. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are here to help!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your chocolates arrive damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
✅ A clear photo of the product and packaging
✅ Your order number and details of the issue

We will review your case and, if eligible, offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After this period, we cannot make changes as orders are already in preparation.
  • Custom or bulk orders are final sale and cannot be refunded once production begins.

Allergy & Taste Preferences

As taste is subjective, we cannot offer refunds based on personal preference. Please check our ingredient list before purchasing if you have allergies or dietary requirements.
